Lalchandani Simon PL has been filing motions to quash in order to protect its client’s private information in a new series of 5 suits filed by Strike 3 Holdings (case numbers 2020-002019-CC-05, 2020-005388-CC-05, 2020-005727-CC-05, 2020-006503-CC-05, and 2020-006500-CC-05). The latest string of cases have been filed in Miami-Dade County Courts using Florida’s “Pure Bill of Discovery” procedures.
