Kubs Lalchandani is the co-founder and a partner at Lalchandani Simon PL, a boutique law firm serving clients at the cutting edge of technology, healthcare, and regulatory innovation. Based in Colorado, Kubs serves as outside counsel to companies developing and deploying advanced technology platforms, including enterprise technology companies, data-driven healthcare organizations, logistics platforms, and other businesses leveraging technology to transform traditional industries.

With deep technical expertise and extensive experience navigating federal and state regulatory regimes, Kubs advises clients on complex matters involving agencies such as the SEC, DOJ, FTC, and other federal and state regulators. His practice includes advising on technology governance, data governance, regulatory compliance, and the evolving legal frameworks surrounding the deployment of emerging technologies in commercial and regulated environments. 

Kubs is widely recognized for his ability to operate at the intersection of emerging technology and real-world industries. He has advised organizations deploying advanced technology across healthcare, logistics, identity management, and other sectors where digital systems are transforming traditional infrastructure.

In the healthcare arena, Kubs represents hospitals, ambulatory surgical centers, veterinary centers, and physician practices across a wide range of specialties. He provides guidance on corporate structuring, regulatory compliance, provider contracting, and operational matters, applying the same strategic approach that defines his work in the digital asset space.  Kubs also co-founded Treeline Veterinary Cancer Care, a specialty small animal veterinary cancer center in Boulder, Colorado.

In his spare time, Kubs is studying to obtain his winemaking certificate in oenology and viticulture from the University of California at Davis and his diploma in wines from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust. Kubs also serves as an “entrepreneur-in-residence” and guest lecturer for entrepreneurship at Cornell University. As a successful entrepreneur and counsel for modern companies, Kubs brings to the practice a wealth of knowledge that enables him to deliver successful outcomes for his clients.

Lalchandani is pursuing his Wine Sommelier Certification from the Wine & Spirits Educational Trust and enjoys traveling to vineyards around the world.

Lalchandani is also an avid skier and snowboarder and enjoys spending time with his family in his hometown of Boulder, Colorado.

Lalchandani is also a dog lover and supports a variety of animal support non-profit organizations.
