Danny Simon, co-founder of Lalchandani Simon PL, focuses his practice on technology and healthcare agreements, litigation, appeals, and compliance.  He counsels clients in various industries including technology, software, data security, healthcare, media, and real estate.  Simon represents numerous companies at all stages of their development, guiding his clients through complex regulatory and data-related compliance issues.

Simon joined the firm from the Silicon Valley office of White & Case, a leading international law firm, where he built a successful career in commercial litigation, data compliance, technology law and appellate practice. He has represented a broad spectrum of leading corporations in the software, technology, healthcare, accounting, real estate, banking and legal industries.

Recognizing the growing need for advanced legal and compliance counsel related to technology, social media, electronic information compliance and intellectual property protection, Simon decided to join the firm out of his commitment to provide clients with the high-quality representation and personalized attention they deserve.
