Senior Associate

Antonio Forte is a Senior Associate at Lalchandani Simon PL, focusing on cryptocurrency and financial services regulation, enforcement, and litigation. He represents digital asset platforms, money transmitters, cryptocurrency exchanges, and other financial services companies operating in highly regulated markets.

His practice spans regulatory enforcement and investigations, complex litigation and arbitration, and transactional and corporate advisory matters.

Antonio regularly represents companies in federal and state government investigations, including matters involving money transmitter licensing compliance and financial services regulation. He advises clients on enforcement risk, internal investigations, and regulatory strategy, guiding companies through regulatory inquiries, assessing exposure, and structuring operations to withstand regulatory scrutiny.

In addition to his regulatory work, Antonio represents clients in complex commercial disputes in state and federal courts nationwide and has handled arbitrations before JAMS and the American Arbitration Association. He also advises clients on transactional and corporate matters, counseling leadership teams on structuring, governance, licensing strategy, and compliance considerations in regulated industries.

While his current focus is digital assets and financial services, Antonio draws on prior experience representing clients in healthcare, insurance, and other regulated sectors. Before joining the firm, he practiced at one of Florida’s largest insurance defense firms and worked in-house at a publicly traded insurance company, where he developed substantial litigation and regulatory experience.
